For many people, the holidays are an exciting time of year and something to look forward to. However, for others it can be a difficult and emotionally challenging time of year. When the holidays come around, it brings many social events, obligations and responsibilities with it. We have less time to relax and recharge while also putting a lot of pressure on ourselves which can impact our mental health.
