Did you know that the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) has been replaced by the new Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)?
The FAS provides essential support for individuals affected by crime, offering financial assistance for services such as:
✅ Mental health treatment
✅ Psychological support
✅ Counselling services
If you're already engaged with VOCAT, they will continue processing pending applications until finalization. However, all new applications for assistance are now managed through FAS.
